GETTING UNSTUCK
Understanding and Overcoming Our Inner Conflicts
We find ourselves circling around, unable to reach our desired outcomes goals in relationships, work, personal growth, health, unfulfilling behaviors. Despite trying various fixes and go on the "more" route (having more, doing more, being more, wanting more...), we still feel stuck in bad relationships, heartaches, compulsions, procrastination, obsessions, emotional turmoil, self-depreciation, anger, substance abuse...
Recognizing the Real Issue: You're Not Broken
We start to think something within us is defective. However, we are not broken; we are just stuck, circling. Time alone doesn't heal all wounds or change behaviors. True healing and adjustment require active engagement as the solution is not out there, it is within. It is not in what we lack, it is in what we forgot we already have due to blind spots we created along the journey.
As we have blind spots, it makes it hard to see solutions from our same mindset that created the problem. An external perspective is essential for real change, hence the importance of external guidance as an observer of what we are missing.
We need a different approach than what we tried so far.
Transforming Inner Conflicts into Strengths
I am someone who has overcome 30 years of depression by understanding its root in CPTSD. I am trauma-informed, narcissism informed, and CPTSD informed, with a relentless dedication to daily learning. Why? Because I have been through all the above.
I have no formal certification but have immersed myself in self-education. My approach is not just verbal or talk therapy but also somatic and experiential, emphasizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and shadow work, often incorporating breathwork.

My Philosophy: Reclaiming Oneness and Fostering Self-Love
I believe that visible shortcomings and negative outcomes stem from internal conflicts, with different sides of ourselves at war.
These conflicts, often buried deep in our psyche, create blind spots that only therapy can illuminate. My goal is to help you understand and integrate these parts, ending the internal battle and unlocking your full potential.
With compassion, empathy, and active listening, I provide a judgment-free space where your values are at the center. My sessions focus on empowering you with your deepest answers, skills, and strengths. It's not about striving for more, but about reassessing and embracing who you already are.
It is about you falling in love with what that person you are does and is.
"Love who you are, welcome who you become" is the essence of my approach—helping you come back to oneness, fostering self-love, and guiding you towards a fulfilling life.

Vincent HENON's FORMATION & JOURNEY
Hello! I'm Vincent, and my journey to becoming a coach was born out of my own struggles and triumphs. From a young age, I experienced lingering depression without understanding why. I had no recollection of ever feeling different, with my earliest memory being from the age of 7, having been dissociated from my needs due to growing up in a dysfunctional family. My parents' emotional dysregulation and high emotions left me constantly trying to accommodate them, leading to my depression, which I later understood was rooted in Complex PTSD (CPTSD).
Overcoming Challenges and Finding Healing
Realizing that traditional treatments weren't helping, I turned to alternative approaches. Discovering Zen Buddhism and joining a group of healers where I learned energetic massage were pivotal steps. I found solace and growth in Qigong and Tai Chi since 2010, particularly during a transformative three-month training on the Mae Win mountain in Thailand in the year 2021. Despite facing self-sabotage and imposter syndrome, I emerged changed and empowered.
One of my greatest challenges was the incompetence of some mental health professionals I encountered. I recall a renowned psychiatrist snoring loudly during our sessions, highlighting the need for more competent and compassionate care. Through this journey, I dealt with suicidal ideation, feelings of helplessness, and the belief that something within me was forever broken, missing, defective. I thought I was not equiped for the human experience and its interactions.
My Philosophy and Approach
My healing process revealed that depression was a symptom of deeper issues like CPTSD, toxic shame, and excess survival stress. Understanding and integrating these parts of myself through mind-body connection and shadow work was crucial. I realized that knowing and understanding alone wouldn't heal me: active, somatic engagement was necessary.
I have no formal certifications, but my self-education and dedication are relentless. I am trauma-informed, narcissism informed, and CPTSD informed. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and shadow work into my sessions. This blend addresses both mind and body, helping you reconnect with and integrate all parts of yourself.
Why I Care
I genuinely care because I've been there. I've experienced the same struggles and found what works through personal experience and ongoing learning. I have a gift for listening and making connections, helping people feel safe to share their deepest experiences. My goal is to guide you to your own truth and resourcefulness, not to make you dependent on me. I promise not that your suffering will disappear, but that your relationship with your inner conflicts will change, leading to healthier behaviors and a more fulfilling life.
My ultimate goal is to help you see through your perceived weaknesses and reveal actual sources of strength, empowering you to thrive in all areas of your life. As I continue to grow my practice, I aim to touch more lives and help more people on their journey to self-love and unity.
"Love who you are, welcome who you become." This mantra encapsulates my mission to help you come back to oneness, fostering self-love, and guiding you towards a fulfilling life.
FAQ
During sessions, the verbal/talking part is like an x-ray when we are looking for a broken bone: it allows to understand how the suffering happened and what are its aspects, how it affects you on different layers of your existence. However, the x-ray does not do the healing just like talking, verbalizing, understanding, and knowing are not enough to actually heal.
This is the somatic and experiential practice during the sessions that do this healing.
So your body and feelings will be mobilized.
I help with a wide range of issues, including overeating, procrastination, strained relationships, compulsive habits, excessive screen time, chronic fatigue, emotional outbursts, avoidance of social situations, self-sabotaging actions, and substance abuse.
Usually, interventions can be short (about 4 sessions), average (about 10 to 12 sessions), or long (more than 12 sessions).
At first, the frequency is at least once a week for the first sessions, then more spaced once the behavioral change you aim for gets traction and autonomy from your end.
A session usually lasts at least 90 minutes. Depending on the flow of the session, your current endurance, and the time available for you and myself, the time limit can be pushed to 2, 3 or even 4 hours (with 5 - 10 minutes breaks whenever needed). Balance is key, so the sessions are not extended for the sake of being longer: you need to be comfortable and engaged. You are invited to stop the session when you feel it is enough for that day.
It is recommended to plan a non-sleep deep rest or quiet time of 15 - 30 minutes after the session.
If you feel stuck, have tried various solutions without success, and are ready to explore a holistic, integrative approach to healing, my coaching may be the right fit for you. I offer an initial consultation (for free and without engagement) to discuss your needs and see if we’re a good match.
Unlike traditional verbal-only therapy, my sessions are deeply experiential and somatic. This means we address not only your thoughts and feelings but also how they manifest in your body, helping you reconnect with all parts of yourself.
I do not preach for any religion. If the session comes to religion or spirituality, it will be at your demand, possibly because your relationship to your religion, your spirituality, or their principles make you suffer. All religions are treated equally and people from all confessions are welcome.
Keep in mind that since we work on bringing you back to a state of oneness, the sessions can feel spiritual. Many clients experience spirituality through the sessions for the first time without this aspect being forced or even suggested. It is a byproduct to opening to oneself within that reflects to opening outside. Should this consciousness arise, we welcome it as it is.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space where we dive deep into the root causes of your issues. We'll work on improving mindfulness of your internal behaviors and reintegrating disowned parts of yourself, ultimately fostering self-love and unity.
My approach is a blend of somatic and experiential methods, with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), shadow work, and mindfulness practices. I integrate these with techniques from Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address both the mind and body.
My methods are rooted in proven therapeutic techniques like ACT, EFT, and CBT, and I emphasize immediate behavioral improvements. Success stories from previous clients were built on progress and attest to the effectiveness of my approach.
